Roadrunner Rallies

This year our campus is focusing on school-wide character traits.  Near the end of each six weeks, we will have a special day called Roadrunner Rally Day to learn about our new character trait for the next six weeks, celebrate our Radiant Roadrunners for the six weeks, and participate in our in-school clubs.   At the Roadrunner Rally, we will also share our newest service project related to the character trait.

For the first six weeks, we are developing the leadership trait of EMPATHY.  During our rally, students learned what empathy is by singing songs, listening to a book, and discussing how to show empathy to others.  We also shared our first service project of the year.  We are collecting new boxes of crayons and containers of playdough to give to underprivileged children worldwide through Operation Christmas Child.  Take advantage of the Back to School prices to purchase crayons and playdough.  We have boxes by the office, cafeteria, and the enrichment teacher doors to drop off your donations through September 19.
